ANALISTA DE SUPORTE SAP
Key activities
• Propose and investigate new areas of improvement.
• Support delivery milestones using defined priority activities and quality standards
• Ensure adherence to support processes within global support framework
• Deliver and report on SLAs and adhere to ITIL standards
• Provide management escalation and communication of major issues
Qualifications
• 1 to 3 year experience required within a technology job and/or within the functional area
• Desirable Customizing experience in PP or MM - SAP ECC 6.0
• PP or MM certification will be a plus
Language:
Written and Verbal communication in Portuguese and English is mandatory
Spanish is a plus
